NIKA is hiring for a General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) Coordinator to provide support services for a Base Operation Support Services contract at Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • The GFEBS Preventative Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for GFEBS data entry and reporting.
  • Responsible for utilizing GFEBS on a military installation to analyze Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
  • Use GFEBS to add/delete/update Maintenance Item information (Equipment Number, Order Type, Work Center, Priority) on new and existing PM Plans.
  • Use GFEBS to add/delete/update Task List information on Maintenance Items.
  • Responsible for obtaining and maintaining the following GFEBS roles:
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor Preventive Maintenance Controller
    • A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor
    • A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter
  • Ensuring contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of NIKA.
  • Shall be available on-site during normal duty hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of GFEBS experience specifically dealing with Property, Plant and Equipment, Business Intelligence and Projects.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience successfully setting up and / or administering a GFEBS based Preventative Maintenance (PM) program on a military installation required
  • Individual should be familiar with government organization and functions; understand current procurement best practices; able to organize and express ideas through excellent oral and written communications to a wide variety of audiences; and demonstrate an unquestionable sense of integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
  • Background and knowledge of the practices, procedures and processes of contracts administration; knowledge of relevant laws, FAR, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing contracts.
