NIKA is hiring for a Manager of Customer Services, Operations, and Delivery who will be responsible for identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of business operations, analyzing and reviewing vast amounts of data and information with the cooperation of the business unit, program and back office stakeholders and reporting and communicating to internal and external stakeholders for NIKA Business Unit (BU) Operations.  BU Operations encompasses Facilities, Maintenance, Military Base, Medical Treatment Facility, Initial Outfitting and Transition, Architect and Engineering and other operations support.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicates and collaborate with internal teams
  • Provides clear routine and formal feedback related to BU operations
  • Develops monthly reports for both internal and external management
  • Provides support to BU leaders in their continued engagement with all customers and employees
  • Collaborates with the BU team to improve cost-effectiveness across all operations
  • Aids in managing and responding to data calls, compiling information and preparing information for reporting to leadership
  • Creates monthly reports to management, highlighting any key findings and assessments
  • Ensures accuracy of information to enable effective business decisions
  • Manages internal and external meetings, documenting meeting outcomes with action plans, tasks and key decisions
  • Analyzes data and information to identify business opportunities
  • Keep updated on industry and market trends
  • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
  • Work closely with BU and back office stakeholders to achieve outcomes based on company goals
  • Review company policies and business process
  • Organizes and coordinates planning and production of activities associated with BU operations management
  • Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance

Job Requirements and Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Management or related business degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional setting
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize and focus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Understand P/L
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
  • Strong business acumen
  • Team-focused
  • Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; active Public Trust or existing clearance highly desired
