NIKA is hiring for a Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) Technician for the Defense Health Agency – Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE) Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE)/Operation and Maintenance Program Review (OMPR) program

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The RPIE Technician shall be adept at identifying and employing industry-standards or DHA RPIE data collection standards, accurately labeling RPIE according to current DHA codes and standards. They must assess visible equipment conditions, perform quality assurance reviews of inventories, and development or optimization of a preventive maintenance (PM) or reliability-centered maintenance programs (RCM). The contractor must be capable of conducting comprehensive surveys and assessments in medical settings, updating RPIE or maintenance data, and can work effectively in both team and independent settings during Real Property inventory surveys.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledgeable of facilities engineering facets and operations
  • Able to attain a US Security Clearance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Project, and Power Point
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Operating Systems.
  • Working Knowledge of Enterprise DMLSS/LogiCole-FM methodologies
  • Working Knowledge of Complex Management methodologies
  • Working Knowledge of DHA-FE Policy, Procedure, Methodologies, and Standards
  • Working Knowledge of Healthcare Facilities Lifecycle Management
