NIKA is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial planning efforts and support the growth of NIKA. This role will be responsible for driving key financial planning processes across the company, collaborating with Executive leadership to provide actionable insights, and ensuring the alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
 

Primary Duties and Job Responsibilities

Lead the development of quarterly and annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and rolling forecasts, ensuring these plans balance financial objectives with strategic goals and growth initiatives at NIKA.
Create and refine complex financial models to support strategic decision-making. Lead regular forecasting cycles, ensuring that financial targets are met and updated as needed based on evolving business conditions.
Collaborate with the executive team, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment on key business priorities, helping to drive cost efficiency and revenue growth.
Oversee the analysis of business performance against financial plans, providing timely insights to senior leadership on variances, trends, and business drivers.
Develop and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management providing a clear picture of financial health and performance.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and management required.
Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, along with the ability to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional teams, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial systems. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data, identify key trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
A strong understanding of business operations, cost structures, and drivers of profitability, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic actions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to executive leadership.

Education, Training, and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or CPA is desired.
