Senior Vice President of Logistics
Ron Pruzinsky, NIKA’s Senior Vice President of Logistics, is responsible for the growth, management, and oversight of numerous IDIQ and task order-driven contracts, while ensuring NIKA’s successful delivery of Initial Outfitting and Transition (IO&T) services.
Ron has over 27 years of experience providing business, technical, and personnel management across major single projects and multiple projects, involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities. He is an experienced leader who is well versed in Healthcare Delivery, Medical Equipment Logistics, Outfitting and Activation, Design, and Construction within government hospitals, private hospitals, and medical centers.
Prior to joining NIKA, Ron served as the Program Manager/Principal in charge of IO&T for the Department of the Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, where he acted as the single point-of-contact and liaison between the Government’s KO and the project delivery team, providing full program/project management oversight.
Ron is a graduate of University of Houston, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Management. He is an active member of CMAA, ASHE, and SAME.
