Stephen White is an accomplished executive with wide-ranging creative, management, strategic and technical skills. In his capacity as Executive Vice President of NIKA’s Enterprise Technologies practice, Stephen is responsible for the development and execution of the group’s strategic vision in concert with company objectives, and ensuring that his team delivers innovative facility advisory solutions that exceed client expectations.

The Enterprise Technologies team helps facility managers make smart, data-driven decisions while protecting the integrity of their real property portfolio. This is made possible through the delivery of facility-centric advisory and technology services, including energy and sustainability solutions, agile enterprise analytics, and building control system cyber security. These services are designed to not only extend the useful life of facilities, but protect it from all threats, environmental or deliberate.

Prior to joining NIKA, Stephen served as a Senior Principal at Greenfield/Belser Ltd. in Washington, D.C. and Chief Administrative Officer and Partner at Aronson LLC. While at Aronson, Stephen was responsible for administrative services, including marketing, business development, network administration and firm operations.

Stephen has earned numerous awards for his innovative business development efforts and spoke on behalf of the Greater Washington Initiative in Canberra, Australia before the Prime Minister and various members of Parliament on topics that included business globalization, U.S. government contracting, and the Australian Free Trade Agreement.

Stephen attended both the University of Maryland and the Corcoran School of Art, holds certificates in a variety of sales and technical training specialties, and is an active member of various trade organizations. He is frequently asked to comment on marketing, sales and technology related topics by the media and professional organizations.
