Lead Water/Waste Water Plants Operator

NIKA is hiring for a Lead Water/Waste Water Plants Operator for a base operations support services contract in Kodiak, AK!

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- The Lead Water/Waste Water Plants Operator is expected to serve as Plant Supervisor and the facility coordinator for both water/waste water plants and areas of operation (AOR).
Required Skills
- Current Level III Water Treatment License and Level II Waste Water Treatment license from the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in the Base Kodiak facility or a plant of similar capacity and configuration. This includes working with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)systems and PLC (Programmable Logic Systems)/HMI (Human Interface Software Integration) knowledge.
- Must meet the requirements of 18 AAC 74 and also possess SCADA, PLC/HMI experience.
