Department: DHA RPIE Program
Location: San Antonio, TX (Open to remote)
NIKA is hiring for a RPIE Technician to support the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Real Property Division in San Antonio, TX.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Real Property Systems Standards (RPSS) for accurate labeling and tracking of equipment.
- Conduct comprehensive RPIE inventories, capturing details of all systems within healthcare facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire alarm devices used in preventative maintenance programs.
- Input capture RPIE data into designated software.
- Ensure all operations, maintenance, and repairs in medical treatment facilities comply with relevant codes, standards, directives, and established criteria.
- Communicate status reports to necessary stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of facilities engineering facets and operations
- Able to attain a US Security Clearance
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Project, and Power Point
- Working Knowledge of Enterprise DMLSS/LogiCole-FM methodologies
- Working Knowledge of DHA-FE Policy, Procedure, Methodologies, and Standards
- Working Knowledge of Healthcare Facilities Lifecycle Management
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
