DaNishia Barton
Vice President of Engineering and Program Management
As the Vice President of Engineering and Program Management, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center, Medical Facilities Support Services (MFSS) II program, San Antonio, TX, DaNishia Barton is responsible for ensuring sustainment and maintenance support is provided to all DHA Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs). Working in our Facilities Operations Management (FOM) division, she manages a team of 100+ worldwide and provides support to customers such as DHA, AFMRA, and MTF Leadership.
She is responsible for daily coordination with the DHA/AFMRA leadership, US Army Corps of Engineers, and the General Services Administration (GSA) to ensure contract support and compliance, enabling the delivery of healthcare to our nation’s warfighters and their families. DaNishia has over 24 years of industry experience, having previously worked in Hospital Administration in the United States Air Force. DaNishia is best known for being results-driven and detailed oriented with a strong work ethic.
DaNishia earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Park University, earned her master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University, and is a Certified Resource and Materials Professional (CMRP).
