Megan Gloster

Vice President of Human Resources and Talent 


As NIKA’s Vice President of Human Resources and Talent, Megan Gloster manages and oversees all HR strategies and initiatives. Megan is responsible for bridging management and employee relations, as well as managing benefits, compensation, and performance management across the organization. She implements and ensures compliance with NIKA employee relations programs, NIKA policies and procedures, and Federal, State, and Local laws regarding human resources.

Along with general HR duties, she also manages the recruitment and selection process for attracting top talent in our industry. She partners with business unit leaders to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment. Megan is best known for her interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build lasting relationships with employees at all levels of the company.

Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from West Virginia University and uses her years of recruiting experience to provide NIKA employees a rewarding work experience
