NIKA is hiring for an Analysis and Analytical Tool Support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Portfolio Business Integration (PBI) Program based out of San Antonio, Texas!

Responsibilities:

Performs data quality activities to include the totality of efforts involved with the monitoring, collection, integration, synchronization, reporting, and assessment of the business impact associated with poor data quality as related to DHA FE projects and initiatives. Provides information/ad hoc analysis as requested by the Government lead on RFIs received through the DHA FE PBI Ticket System, originating from official taskers generated through the DHA TMT system, and other sources as identified. Ad hoc queries and data will be generated and submitted to the Government lead in accordance with tasker requests and identified suspense timelines.

Requirements:

  • Must be US Citizen
  • Must be eligible to obtain Clearance Access Card (CAC)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Research, Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field of study.
  • Previous participation in advanced training/program in their area of expertise is required or equivalent combination of education and experience. The Government may consider significant clinical/medical/facilities/health data experience such as previous participation in a(n) analytics/quantitative/informatics program as an appropriate substitute for education.
  • Two (2) years’ experience with basic SQL for data manipulation and/or SAS statistical analysis software packages.
  • One (1) year of software management and data retrieval experience.
