NIKA is pleased to announce the award of a new facilities support contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center to provide the Defense Health Agency Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE) operations, project management, analytic and technical, and clinical lease management support for the Military Health System (MHS).
This contract will include facilities, clinical, and business analytics data science decision support that provides a broad range of technical expertise in support of analytics and informatics for data-driven decision making/data science for the FE and DHA leadership. The contract also provides support to plan, coordinate, and manage activities commensurate with managing DHA clinical lease requirements. NIKA will provide leasing and real property subject matter expertise to assist the DHA in most effectively and efficiently managing its portfolio of clinical leases around the world.
The work produced under this program will allow DHA-FE to facilitate future facility improvements, enhancements, capital investments, programs, and Military Construction (MILCON) activities though a requirement based, and data driven processes; ensuring Senior Leaders can make informed and sound decisions through accurate, reliable, repeatable, timely, and deliberate analyses.

The contract will be performed at DHA’s San Antonio, TX and Falls Church, VA locations and has a duration of one year with a one year option.
