Department: Facilities Operations Management
Location: San Antonio , TX, US


NIKA is hiring for a Management Analyst to provide support services to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Portfolio Business Integration (PBI) Program based out of San Antonio, TX or Falls Church, VA!

Job Description and Tasks

  • Assists government leads with conceptualization, development, and deployment of DHA FE PBI training and education efforts.
  • Assists government leads with presentation, adaption and improvement of DHA FE PBI training and education efforts.
  • Assists government leads with cross-branch collaboration and integration of DHA FE training and education efforts.
  • Develop and maintain site for DHA FE PBI training and education collaboration efforts; maintain catalogue/library/list of training and education content at the government’s direction.
  • Gather and review existing training and education content for accuracy and applicability and/or identify required updates or revisions.
  • Track initiation, progress, and completion of all training content generated.
  • Track initiation, progress, and completion of all training events to include event presenters, topic, and event participant information, i.e., name, location, position, score on any applicable training evaluations.
  • Develop, refine, and report metrics used to advance the FE PBI training and education mission.
  • Identify training needs based on skill gap analyses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5 years’ experience within MHS Healthcare Operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational skills and effective decision-making abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of a broad range of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing and improving program effectiveness and complex management processes and systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DoD and other service military department to direct complex staff actions that require knowledge of military command structure, missions, roles, and organizational structures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DoD administrative policies, regulations, planning guidelines, and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks with multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to critically examine and evaluate, problem solve.
  • Ability to deliver products on time, on schedule, within budget. Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing and often time-constrained environment.
  • Ability to acquire skills/capabilities necessary to meet growing needs/demands of systems/software/hardware.
  • Experience organizing trainings and designing educational curriculum.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to develop and deliver a training program that is effective and informational.
  • Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources and various systems.
  • Ability to ensure proper system interfaces.
  • Ability to collect data/information for analysis.
  • Ability to develop products resulting from analysis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, or other project management solution to manage projects.
