Quality Control Representative

NIKA is hiring for a Quality Control Representative to manage and implement a Quality Control Plan for a base operations support services contract in Kodiak, AK!

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management and implementation of the Quality Control Plan
- Provide an effective and efficient means of identifying and correcting problems and continually improving the quality of the work performed.
- The QC Representative will manage the QC inspection system, ensure the quality of performance is in accordance with the contract, and maintain files of all QC inspections and corrective action.
- Ensuring contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of NIKA.
Required Skills
- At least four years of experience as a quality assurance manager on base operations support contracts
- Relevant Experience must be in the last three years
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
